Villa Vall Mar represents an ideal place for relaxation and an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Located in a peaceful environment, yet close to the city center, this villa offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and an excellent location. A special advantage of the villa is the beautiful sea view, which further enhances the experience of staying there.
Exterior
Guests have access to a private pool, an outdoor barbecue perfect for gatherings and evening get-togethers, and a terrace ideal for morning coffee or dinner at sunset.
Living room with kitchen
The living room with kitchen and dining area is designed as an open space with a large sliding glass wall leading to a covered terrace and sunbathing area with a pool.
Bedrooms
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom, while on the upper floor there is one bedroom with a bathroom and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pine forest and the sea.
Location
The house is ideally located, allowing you to reach the Roman amphitheatre, Pula’s city center and Port of Pula in just a 15-minute walk through a scenic pine forest by the sea. The nearest beaches are only a 5–10 minute drive away.

Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are also located on this floor, while the upper floor features one bedroom with its own bathroom and a terrace with sea views.
Guests can enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue, a private pool, and parking for up to four cars.

The best Villa I've ever been on. Sandra (the host) are super nice and friendly. The villa are clean and good looking. A pool boy are cleaning the pool every second/third day. I will absolutely come back.
Just 15 minutes walk to Pula town and if you rent scooters you have all the beaches in a 10/15 minutes radius.
